Hello There!

My name is Conner Milam and I am a Visual Effects Artist with a focus on lighting and look development. Hailing as a senior student from the Savannah College of Art and Design my goal is to bring my passions into the industry and create beautiful and compelling works of art that may inspire others to do the same. 

The main inspiration for all of my works is similar to Caspar David Friedrich's paintings, the sublime. That overwhelming feeling you get from staring at a beautiful scene in nature or a beautiful work of cinematic beauty, like the 2014 Best Visual Effects Winner - Interstellar. I am obsessed with capturing that sublime feeling with my work. My work to me is more than just a project. The gallery of works is the art and I am the artist, waiting for my next bit of inspiration to fuel the fire for my next empty canvas.
